Ldar. I can also recommend mountaineering as its a really cool cope and you might fight friends (not real friends as those hardly exist nowadays but acquintances who share the same addiction / hobby with you) that way. Just a hugh aura cope.

My biggest problem is inside school where I can't distract myself with my phone,mountaineering is a bit hard to do since I'm not walking distance to mountains
