i been wondering for a long time now on how to lose weight/fat and gain muscles at the same time.
its just how much food i should eat on daily, calories, carbs and so on.
I my self don't know how to cut correctly so i'm hoping someone could give me tips on how to do it right and just not end up with eating disorder.
I'm 5'10 and 62/63kg
