2:1 is decent if but at least 3:1 and if you want to go all out then 4:1, not very necessary tho4:1 is crazy doing 2:1 is enough
explain what I said that was incorrect?
you didn't, but the fag who says "non greycells for advice" doesn't deserve itexplain what I said that was incorrect?
A 2:1 Potassium sodium ratio is ideal for water retention in the face. anything over 4:1 won't get you double the results because the kidneys have to regulate the same amount sodium. Just saying that the results of having a higher ratio get exponentially lesser the bigger the ratio. 2:1 is in the golden range for results to effort ratioexplain what I said that was incorrect?
this is true as well, which is why a lesser amount also works. 4:1 is if your dedicated but nothing wrong with 2:1 or 3:1. Too much potassium could even have the opposite effect.A 2:1 Potassium sodium ratio is ideal for water retention in the face. anything over 4:1 won't get you double the results because the kidneys have to regulate the same amount sodium.
