i know I could say vacation and late ass puberty and mewing but parents might not wanna fund a year long vacation lol

I remember someone suggesting this once and I still think it's both stupidly funny but also the only thing I can think of:

If you have some weight lose it and just say that it's a result of weight loss. If you're already light then gain some, meet everyone (post-surgery) only to lose it again and again blame it on weightloss. Combine it with working out and blame any changes on gym gains.

Depending on your life situation, just move location. Or even stay. To parents, if it's obvious it's surgery, just admit it, to acquaintances and friends, if u don't mind never seeing them again then do that, if u have friends u want to see then that's harder but yeah just have weight change, grow your hair and beard long before surgeries so people get used to that, and then after surgery shave and change hair. The point is you wanna look as different as possible so people will be distracted by that and won't pinpoint the surgical area
