How do i fix a reccessed maxilla?

What the title says: I need to fix my recessed maxilla, it fucking destroys my name, midface and all my features, I have tried nose taping to fix my nose, after finding out that doesn't work I discovered that its heavily based on the maxilla

go to the maxilla shop and order one that is wide and projected but make sure it isnt used. brand new for best results.

You could go the safer orthodontics route with a palate expander with facemask but the most effective way is an osteotomy

are you sure your maxilla is actually recessed or just flat? an actual recessed maxilla is when it's behind the orbital rim, if it's in-line then your maxilla is just flat

also you can't get lefort for cosmetic reasons like saying "i want a new maxilla", it's not rhinoplasty. you need a valid medical reasoning for it even if it's just LF1.

see if your maxilla is in-line with your orbital rim.

if you want to physically test it, then put your finger on your orbital rim and pull your finger down. if you can feel your finger sink into your midface, then it's recessed, otherwise it's flat.

or just take a photo from a side, a recessed one u can clearly see the sunken midface

get rpe or marpe just make sure that your palate is actually narrow so u wont look weird
