how do i fix closed comedones?

dont have real acne, only closed comedones. What can i do to fix other than accutane?

BHA exfoliant and tret

Cleanse with 2% salicylic acid and then use 0.1% adapalene. Should be enough if you dont actually have acne.

Tret is a bit strong if he doesnt even have acne dont you think. Also its not that easy to get most of the time.

He can use tret if he rlly wants smooth skin but yea it can be difficult to source ig... but BHA for sure

ive been using tret for 8 months more or less but the comedones arent disappearing, ive been on the lowest dose tho so i might need to increase it

Ive been on accutane 0.05 for 4 months and 0.1 for 1 month, they are still here. No more cystic acne though, so i hopped on accutane
