Back to 2-3 years, only my lip was dry for most of the time but since an year or so my skin gets dry easily.
To fix this problem, initially I drank water regularly, ate meat and slept early but none of it worked.
Currently my skin is very dry and it's quite noticeable to others as well.
I am tired of this problem and don't understand what actions to take so that it can be fixed.

I'd really appreciate you guys if you provide genuine solutions to this.

A good moisturiser and 3L+ of water daily.

I use this one:

water dehydrates you without sufficient electrolytes, i personally find that whenever i have enough milk i dont get dry lips. but you could use a good moisturizer or tallow

if you arent already hydrating with keltic salt or some mineral salt then the cause is probably improper hydration

Same problem, man, exactly the same. I even got smiley faces. So, have you found any solutions since then?

does it get worse in the winter time?

if so, use a thick comodigenic ointment (paraffin/petroleum-based) right after you moisturise (ideally with something that has a ceramide in it), and before bed. only use a thin layer, but if it's really bad then let it overlap the most damaged areas. i have the same issue around my lips and near my eye socket, and this seems to work for me. in regards to your lips, lick them a bit and then apply some vaseline. don't use too little, as it will just wipe off when drinking or doing other activities. use a good amount, maybe ¼-½ fingertips worth. let everything do its magic in the night time when you sleep and good luck :feelscry:

Haven't touched a moisturizer in months while on tret. It was hard at first but now my skin is better than ever. Salludon made a Video about this. Moisturizers (especially Beef tallow) are kinda useless.

depends on where u live, how old u are and if u do sports. I can help but without those infos its pretty much inacuratte to say what the cause is

fix your skin barrier first, start using mild hydrating cleanser but 1x a day (at night), good moisturier with ceramides and hylaronic acid serum for the most optimal routine. it should be back to normal in a week or two, with the right diet even faster.
