How do I fix flat grown out hair?

My hair is halfway down my face, blow dryer styling lasts for like 10 minutes, sea salt spray is dogshit and makes my hair sticky and dry.
Texture powder stops working if your hair isn’t short.

similar issue here, tbh.
People always say 'hairdryer' (but as you say, doesn't last long at all), or 'salt spray!' (as you say, kinda dogshit), or 'pomade' etc. (but whatever you use, it kinda weighs your hair down lol and only semi works if your hair is very short)

I think the only thing might be super strong hairspray, BUT then you have this crispy ass sticky hair that doesn't move at all and is far from ideal,
