i’m recovering from being a fatass cuck rn and i js got my bloods done. all of my cholesterol is FUCKED and i’m not really sure what to do (besides the obvious lifting and increasing my tdee)
Currently lost 80 lbs down from 360 (
) on slupp, reta, and carnitine. i don’t know enough about any statins rn and im tryna grind out a calm lil car cycle rq. but with panels like this i dont even think i can dnr (cuz my liver would js fucking explode).
