how do I fix hair + what shampoo and conditioner is the best

hey guys Im having a really tough time with hair right now, I have straight hair and its medium, I believe my hair is dry which I dont know how to fix. I also get these white flakes which my dermatologist said wasnt dandruff and it was dry scalp i really dont know how to fix it and the shit my derma gives me doesnt even work..

hmmm im not sure then, i used to shower in hotter water and after cooling it down and properly massaging shampoo and conditioner in my hair the dry scalp fixxed. for reference i use a specialised greek shampoo but for mens hair i think

could be hard water so get a shower filter
your shampoo could be too harsh so swap out for another one
your diet could be shit so fix that
you could also try aajonus lubrication formula

i dont use shampoo / conditioner rn JFL since money is tight i really dont want to experiment with different types of shampoo/condiitioner im trying to get a straight answer on which one is the best..
Although users around here hate that i still need a answer
