How do I fix infra orbitals and tear troughs

My infra orbitals are definitely genetics my mother foid has really bad infras so she kinda fucked my face anyways I don't think my infras can be fixed but my tear troughs I think they can be fixed as it's not AS genetic based, so advice?

Okay then, to answer your question obviously your tear throughs are caused by your recessed infras which as you said can’t be fixed without surgical intervention

So your best option is to fraud them, the absolutely best way to do so is concealer, your second best option being tinted sunscreen
