How do i fix my acne also how do i debloat

Ive been starvemaxxing drinking a lot of water and also eating bananas idk any other way to debloat. And my acne is alright not that bad but i do wanna improve it also i got like a little cyst thing on my right cheek its like a little ball thingy thats inside the skin idk how to get rid of it ive been cleaning my face with soap and im using cerave moisterising lotion. I do wanna add that im trying to get a carave cleanser to switxh the soap with but idk what to get as an ance treatment.
