Ive been starvemaxxing drinking a lot of water and also eating bananas idk any other way to debloat. And my acne is alright not that bad but i do wanna improve it also i got like a little cyst thing on my right cheek its like a little ball thingy thats inside the skin idk how to get rid of it ive been cleaning my face with soap and im using cerave moisterising lotion. I do wanna add that im trying to get a carave cleanser to switxh the soap with but idk what to get as an ance treatment.

Who tf told you to eat bananas and drink too much water just to be Debloat? Drinking too much is bad for kidney. If the kidneys are forced to filter excessively, they can eventually become overloaded and damaged. just take 80-100mg of furosemide
