How do I fix my biggest flaw?

I have done every eyebrow softmax there is, thick brows, long lashes, eyebag cream but fundamentally my eyes are generally not saveable. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated, surgery would be nice but I dont have the funds at the moment unfortunately.
