How do I fix my bigonial width

Are there any non surgical methods to shrink the bigonial width as I feel it’s too wide also is there any valid method to grow byzygomatic at 15

This is physically impossible, You cannot shrink bone without surgical Intervention the only thing would be to Avoid Excessive Chewing. And for the growth of your Bizygomaitc Width, the cheekbones become more prominent during late puberty (16-20) and mabye your body fat is covering your cheekbones.
But dont worry your only 15 your face will grow vertically which naturally balances out a wide jaw.
Your brow ridge and nose will become more prominent with the time providing more "depth" to your face.

Maybe when you loose some weight it will look more narrow
