Best way to improve eye area and facial bloating?

Along with that any tips for eyebrows they use to be really bushy and I made them thinner but I’m not sure how to do them?

Loose weight you look to be 17% at least from face
 
Body fat scan at a gym they do all that kind of testing. Body is good muscularity wise for my soccer but face is js so unfortunate

thats genuinely sad bro if thats the case watch what you eat stop eating processed goyslop if gymcel then carbs should be like 30% of ur actual diet ur sodium intake should be lower than your potassium intake

keto diet will make y lose fat and will make u lose all ur water weight and inflammation you don’t even have to exercise

Cannot be right I wouldn’t trust it unless it’s a dexa scan. Lose some bf, watch sodium (no more than 3k mg a day and keep sodium intake consistent) and take potassium
