I really want to grow and I know that getting enough sleep is the first step to making that happen
The problem is that I am completely addicted to doomscrolling on TikTok or just doing some bullshit until 4 AM
On normal days I only get a maximum of 6 hours of sleep and on school days it drops down to just 3 or 4 hours
I seriously need to fix this shit because it is going to start ruining my looks and make me look even more subhuman than I already am
Right now I am just coping with life by rotting in my bed and room and I need to stop
5'7 170cm
