How do I fix my fucked up sleep schedule and my addiction

I really want to grow and I know that getting enough sleep is the first step to making that happen
The problem is that I am completely addicted to doomscrolling on TikTok or just doing some bullshit until 4 AM
On normal days I only get a maximum of 6 hours of sleep and on school days it drops down to just 3 or 4 hours
I seriously need to fix this shit because it is going to start ruining my looks and make me look even more subhuman than I already am
Right now I am just coping with life by rotting in my bed and room and I need to stop:confused:

i thought melatonin would be great for this i just wanted an opinion but why not melatonin
causes a sort of hangover and over time your body gets desensitized to it, so harder to sleep the longer you use it

Put the phone down and go to bed idiot

Be a man, and acknowledge that what you're doing on tiktok is retarded and unnecessary. I had to learn this late in life

I deleted tiktok off my phone and it's the best decision I ever made, honestly if you don't have self control and you're going to scroll regardless of anything, then you're better off deleting the app than setting up any "timers".

And if there's other apps that are going to keep you awake apart from tiktok like Instagram, YT, etc. Then delete those too, build up the habit of going to sleep when you need to and then and ONLY then you can reinstall them.

Also no screens 1 hour before bed.

There is literally nothing else you can do, there's no medicine for accountability.
