my gonial is toodlydoo tier and it makes face very tall.

if you have a long midface then its not a ramus issue but rather a recession issue
in that case you cannot really fix it becasue it will look ridicolous (imo)

if you are forward grown, but have a weak ramus for some reason, implants will do the job prefectly

You can either get a chin wing osteotomy:

Or jaw implants:

You can choose between wraparound jaw implants (like the one in the pic above), that would address the problem of your chin as well, or normal jaw implants.

CCW Rotation is not viable in your case, since your philtrum is already short.
