How do I fix my philtrum + maxilla

I’m 14 so I can’t get any surgeries yet and I wouldn’t say my maxilla is recessed but it’s definitely pretty flat, my philtrum to chin ratio is like 2.17 or something I don’t remember that well, and my lips are slightly downturned and not that wide
