it’s from a deep bite (top teeth completely cover bottom) my parents were too broke too fix it’s even more brutal from the front i dont have a chin. haven’t fixed the bite yet but i think i’m too old for dentist appliances to be effective now so would there be a good surgery or something?😢

if you want to fix your mandible there aren't many options outside of surgery there
you could get:
Orthognathic Surgery (jaw surgery)
Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy (BSSO)

and these are if you are looking for more than fixing your mandible:
Double Jaw Surgery
Genioplasty
Bimax

If it were a few millimeters it could even be something involving the bite, but ur case is totally surgical.
I recommend u use this site just to have enough information involving money.

Dude im suffering from the same thing i kinda tried the whole posture thing and it kind of helped. Good neck and head posture with mewing might be able to hide it a little over time but to fix the entirely i think we need to hardmax

i agree. yeah temporarily it looks better but it’s forcing unnatural posture those things would just come naturally if the jaw got fixed. if you have the exact same issue as me you’ll need lefort 1 + bsso. let’s hope we have sleep apnea or some shit so health provider will pay 😅

U can try Deep Throating my dick for a change? It seemed to work pretty well for your mother and grandmother.

Anyways, I'm just chomping ur balls of man.

Speaking of The best surgery for ur deep bite is definitely going to be an orchiectomy.

Best of Luck,

Sincerely Brian Weber
