How do I fix my Underbite

Mouth breather all my life finally got a septo to fix my breathing last year. Have a decent base but underbite is fuckinn me over big time

septo relapses a lot if the underlying bone structure issue isn't fixed

get mse first before everything

to help ur breathing

and if ur gonna a get surgery you would need sarpe anyways and mse is better cuz slower and better expansion

I had a slightly bigger nose but it wasn’t noticeable only thing was it was very crooked which is why I got a septo Guess what its even more noticeable now its back to normal not only that I’m left w visible dark circles .

after this I went to a ortho and got a X-ray he said my whole face in general is very crooked and now I have to wait for a surgery to install an mse which would take like 2 years fuck looksmaxing
