Bro I got the Same, tried a Lot of softmaxxes but its not going to remove them 100%. Probably thin skin so topical retinoids help a Bit. But dont expect them to just be gone. I think fat grafting is the Best Option later

Also if you have any allergies get a cortisone nasal Spray. Ive been allergic to fucking bed mites or whatever they are called forever and always woke up with some Allergy Symptoms. If your nose is always reacting to some Shit the blood is clogged and cant Flow properly (also under the Eyes) and if it stays there longer there is less Oxygen in it so its darker/more Blue/purple. This helped me a Bit but also didnt remove them
