depends what red skin you have if it’s like dryer it could help
if it’s flakey dryer itchy ones then probably won’t

i think its either from my diet or when i touch my face, i eat realitivly healthy, vegateables, meats, and not a lot of goyslop

You can try anti inflammatory actions

Above you said you werent dx w rosacea. If you think its rosacea, ik ivermectin 1% comes in a cream that works for it

then you should try to moisturize I recommend you use some cerave products to clean your face in the morning and buy some moisturizing cream and maybe fix your diet
