how do i fix scoliosis

recently i found out i got scoliosis i have no idea how to fix it i think it was C-shaped scoliosis and 18°

is there any way to fix it without surgery or with surgery?

18 degrees is a pretty mild case, physical therapy and consistency can definitely help correct most of it. Look into the Schroth method and RAB (rotational angular breathing).

idk i saw a short the said u have to get some surgeries and then u have to learn how to walk again
