i woke up at 3 pm and i wanna sleep at 10...


what can i do to become tired/ sleepy

Do not sleep for one day and then go to sleep at 10 pm

Take caffeine(600mg) throughout the day and time it so that you are able to sleep by 10pm

What I used to do is to put a timer on the morning, have someone to WAKE ME TF UP, and then calculate how long it takes me to metabolise caffeine so I can time the caffeine crash close to the time that I need to sleep at, and it was pritty easy, the caffein crash trickling up to the bedtime, I hope there is no need to discuss how important it is to not stimulate yourself before bed or eat before it and how you need to be in a dark and a lil cold environment

Just take 1mg Melatonin an hour before you wanna sleep and youre good to go

it’s so simple, Go to sleep 1-2 hours earlier everyday until you reach the 10pm mark. This is what i do and it works

1mg melatonin 1h before going to bed and start into a 10k lux light therapy lamp for 30min after waking up

For the lamp, I recommend the one from Carex. Carex daylight classic I believe is the name

Guarantee this will have you wake up earlier and feel tired at night

very interesting. how'd you calculate the caffeine crash?
when I was 13-14 I was drinking a monster a day, then I cut out caffeine and nicotine but I have limited myself to take some once in a while, the caffeine half-life is about 5hours but nicotine could speed up the breakdown process. I have heard that cafeine metabolises kinda weird like if you consume 100mg in 2hours it will be 50mg and in another 2hours 25mg and so on, so you could just drink half a monster, and then maintain a constant effect by sipping some every hour till 5hours before the time you want to sleep, also you could take an antihistamine to make yourself more drawzy and sleepy, drimen is what I have tried with 200mg you'll be sleep af in no time, although IDK the interaction with caffeine and it does diminish the quality of sleep

Idk about you but I kept waking up more and more late and eventually I went from like waking up from 5-6 pm to like waking up at 5am every day just go to sleep more and more late every day until you wake up so late it’s actually waking up early
