if you don't have any money for it, you can go to public healthcare dermatologist who probably won't give a fuck about you but still worth a shot.

I've been dealing with such skin for a year or so now, tried different skin cares based on retinol, had barely any changes, thanks to whoever answers

talk to a dermatologist and try to get them to give u accutane, if not its probably the type of retinol youre using. get on differin gel, its a retinoid cream that with consistency gives great results. You MIGHT purge but after a couple months ur skin will look amazing. Its over the counter too
