How do i fix such subhuman skin (no pharmaceuticals)

I've been dealing with such skin for a year or so now, tried different skin cares based on retinol, had barely any changes, thanks to whoever answers
talk to a dermatologist and try to get them to give u accutane, if not its probably the type of retinol youre using. get on differin gel, its a retinoid cream that with consistency gives great results. You MIGHT purge but after a couple months ur skin will look amazing. Its over the counter too

yo just supplement carotenoids and a b complex multivitamin, omega 3s and the mandatory supps everyone does and use a gentler skincare regime. ur barrier is most likely severely fucked so drop all actives and use a calming panthenol/green tea serum and azelaic till your skin barrier unrapes itself, also la roche posay's cicaplast baume thing, works wonders for repairing damaged skin. also if your cleanser has SA or anything else in it stop using it and get a gentle one. ik this is pure dihydrogen monoxide but you should heal your skin first ,and then implement a simple routine like azelaic acid AM and a retinoid PM. Also exfoliate yadda yadda yadda and [insert an exfoliant] for texture yadda yadda yadda. Rest is obvious but op doesnt seem to know this, so just look in BOTB for a gentle skincare routine its not that hard to understand. ("but you need accutane!!!! muh accutane is the only cure!!!!" entirely correct but in his situation this'll help him not look subhuman while he doesnt have access to iso.)
- just saw that somebody mentioned differin,i dont have access to it since im in bulgaria lol but ive seen amazing results. other retinoids are made for mitigating signs of aging (primarily) and to put it simply differin is made for acne.

Fix your gut but that won’t change too much. Accutane and/or tretinoine

duh, drink probiotics and take an igG blood test, whichever food groups your body "rejects" you have to eliminate for atleast 5-6 weeks then gradually reintroduce and then eat small amounts of them, because when you eat them they cause inflammation, acne and bloating. i for example am "sensitive" to dairy and grain products so ill stop eating them for 5-6 weeks then reintroduce them in lower quantities. basically thats why some people get acne when they eat dairy and some people dont. In general just healthmaxx and do the igG blood test if your acne persists even after healthmaxxing and doing regular skincare. But it isnt very cheap so keep that in mind.

From pictures you send I would say you have mix acne. I had similar stuff on my face at your age. I tried many topical compounds, but one thats worked best for me and I got for prescribtion was Adapalenum/ Benzoylis peroxidum (I don't specify brand since I'm from Europe and you may have this under other name). Twice a week with moisturizing, try not to overdo with it. Avoid undereye area and one pump on each side of face. I read your parents are sceptical about oral prescribtions like accutane, maybe topical will convice them. Drink water stop with goyslop, workout do cardio.

I had one small cream called Epiduo Forte. It works wonders, but you gotta get prescribtion and be cautious, because I burned my face with it multiple times.
