Realistically just see a dermatologist, usually they'll prescribe you benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin, clindamycin, doxycycline. If that doesn't work then it's accutane.

I don’t want to sit here and recommend you cope products, I had similar acne I tried about every single product none worked - you should probably just go to a GP and they’ll assign you a cream - I got Benzoyl peroxide assigned and that worked. Don’t buy Benzoyl peroxide without going to the gp first as they will give you the correct cream for your skin. BP just happened to work for me. Wash your face once a day tho that’s optimal
