im currently 15 and barely any bone mass my supras are ass and weak chin projection and need any tips on how to get more bone mass i’m willing to hop on if it’ll help. also looking forward to getting surgeries when i get older

high igf-1 (intermittent sprinting can increase igf-1 and it's good for you) + lots of meat + strength training
