How do I gain facial projection?

(15yrs old) i attached a reference photo of my side profile compared to this random tiktok slayer, i don’t understand why my face isn’t projected like his ? we have a similar mandible in length, why does my profile look so much worse ? is it my hyoid, or am i just brutally recessed ? :p
