Im 6 foot at 16 and 125-130 pounds severely underweight, how do I gain more weight without eating dog shit? What type of foods should I invest in that are healthy?
So basically how do I lean bulk with healthy food?
 
Try and eat more calorie dense foods, like avocados, peanut butter, chicken thigh vs breast that kinda stuff. And also drink more calories like make a dense protein shake with your dinner or something for extra calories

99% of the products you can get from a store is slop. best thing to do is buy directly from independent farms

Yes thats what my family does, we also obtain raw milk even though its illegal here

doesn’t matter calories are calories if your trying to gain weight fast skip will be you best bet, less volume more calories.
