I was talking about the diet aspect, it can help with that.
 
Body armor lyte or vita are prolly my favorite debloaters, I prefer body armor lyte cuz it tastes better. Rice + some sort of meat plus hella eggs all day will help you put on muscle but you also have to train correctly.
 
To debloat: coconut water, bananas, prime, drink 3 liters of water a day at least, and use sauna or exercise to sweat

To gain weight: calorie surplus (download an app like cronometer and js use their calculator), 1g protein/lb of bodyweight (the protein does not make you gain weight, but ensures it is more muscle than fat)

optimal diet: mostly animal based (red/white meat, fish, eggs, milk, yogurt) with some fruit (berries, bananas, kiwis especially) and SOME veggies (sweet potatoes, potatoes, garlic/onion). that should be like 80-90% of what you eat at least, with the rest being occasional other foods (realistically no one follows a diet 100% perfect) or grains (oatmeal, bread) which are not bad for you but aren't very nutricious

consistency is the most important thing. you're not going to follow all of this perfectly and get it right, but if you do ~80% of it 100% of the time that's a lot better than quitting because you messed up. good luck, let me know if you have any questions

I am not going to encourage or discourage you from taking them, but I'll give you some information so you can make an educated choice

- no peptide aside from HGH at really high levels will noticeably increase bonemass or height at your age. one of the biggest myths right now and insane cope.
- HGH at really high levels comes with significant risks, for one it's a felony to sell so much harder to get, much more expensive, and can give you organ enlargement and suppress your natural GH (growth hormone) production among other things
- for muscle gain/recovery, GH increasing peptides like CJC, ipamorelin, etc can accelerate results but before 16 might interfere with your natural production. these have relatively low risks if you cycle/dose properly and do NOT suppress GH production at all
- don't take anything like reta if you are bulking, it suppresses your appetite
- glow stack/clow stack aren't dangerous, mostly for recovery and looks (skin, hair, etc) minimal effects on gym
- wolverine is harmless but niche, only really good for injury recovery but if you need to use it it's safe
- GHK-Cu is also safe but only affects skin

yea lwk i feel like the risk with dying for hgh is rlly not worth it also at my age since im 14 i js wanted to ascend cs i keep seing all these looksmaxers yk and i wana be above the norm yk is there any good soft or hard maxxes that work that are not rlly damaging or nah is it just workout n diet
