So basically i can't fucking shit whitout laxatives and i eat clean im on a calorie deficit rn to get low body fat% and everything was good the first like 3 months but then smt happened didn't change my diet or smt and im really pissed off cuz my doctor is so fucking useless as well he js told me to use laxatives nga i ain't using my whole life laxatives lock in
