How do i genuinely shink my pores to get a smaller nose?

ive been leanmaxxing alot but ive come to notice that my nose wdith is nearly equal to my mouth, i dont have problems with a narrow palate, and i have pores in my nose so i think my problem stems from there. How do i genuinely shink my pores?

Well for pore shrinkage usually collagen+nincinamide worked for me in skin but idk for nose gonna work or not well if this caused my cartilage then need surgery
