Should I ask the dentist, should I wait for the ENT to call me(I got a referall, so sometime within the month they should call), what do I do?

Trying to see my bones and I only have a Pano+Ceph from a while ago which wont do. (As I can't analyze the entire structure)

I'm in the west coast of the U.S.A, anyone who has advice reply. It'd be very appreciated.

I'm getting one in October for wisdom teeth
So in case I have any skeletal discrepancy I can see it and likely get surgery
(Since my wisdom teeth removal so part of my Ortho plan)
