HOW DO I GET A FOID?

Hello. i am 6 foot 1 and i have decent face i would say mtn. I am also super funny and talkative during class and is very well known and I am going to turn 17 by july. But even with these attributes i havent had one time in my life that a foid has come up to me properly unless its got to do with school or some other drama that has happened in school. I havent had my first kiss/hug/holding hands. i am still a virgin. and i have never had a GF before. I am literally a KHHV. I see all my friends and class mates getting foids but me. I dont think any foids take me seriousy. Its gotten to a point that my friends call me a incel as a "joke". I want a GF but as i am saying this it disgusts me at the same time that i will probably be spending my time/effort and money on a foid that will probably dump me for someone better. I NEED HELP.

honestly find a foid you find pretty and that you like and who'se personnality you can withstand ( hardest part ), then you just go talk to her being flirty, be direct in what you want ( not like "yh wanna fuck?" but u get the idea )
