How do i get even more lean when already decently lean

i’m already like 145 5’11 first off my metabolism is already super fast like i’m hungry 24/7 and also i’m just young so everything is easier and healthy my fat distribution is pretty mid it’s my genetics i carry a lot of fat in my hips like love handles but they are hardly visible it’s very hard especially in puberty and it’s very stubborn fat, i have very slight man boobs not even noticeable but it’s normal at 14 in puberty, i’m at peak body dysmorphia . i already do i would say a lot to stay lean like i play football and basketball also weight lifting and cardio at the gym about 5 times a week i drink lots of coconut water everyday limit my sodium intake and eat lots of whole food and im currently on a small deficits to lose another 5 pounds in 1.5 months im already 5 pounds down its been a month. my face and body is already pretty lean but im chasing a lean where abs are visible, love handles completely gone and face is more chiseled people and family constantly point out how im already skinny and how im crazy how im on a diet but i just want to be peak leanness what do i exactly do?
