How do I get even skin tone

So I've struggled my whole life with red blotchy spots. Now its those blotchy areas, hyperpigmentation, acne, acne marks. How THE FUCK do I get it even bro. Ive tried everything under the sun. I've resorted to covering my face in foundation, concealer and tinted spf bc its too bad now and if I go to school one day not wearing it ill look like a complete fraud. What do I do
