i remember in my old school we used to do something like this
so a guy squatted 10 times and then squatted and breathed deeply and exhaled deeply 10 times then he suddenly got up and a kid shouldve applied some pressure in between his chest and the kid would lose consciousness for 3-10 seconds, no longer than that.
i remember some usually just went off and unconscious, some kicked the air and their legs were twitching. i was a coward so they never did that to me
