How do i get lean fast and muscular (anything but roids)

Reta for lean, nothing good for mucle, maybe creatine

GH peptides ect dont really work, the sides dont outweight the positives. Its better to just not take it at all if u purely want mucle

for diet js eat an apple for breakfast, ground beeth for lunch, several eggs for dinner and more meat.

This is a really brutal process tho, ur always gonna be so fucking hungry this process is unhealthy and i wouldnt sustain this diet.

lean fast is easy just dont eat do reta or something

muscular fast is hard gonna take you 6 months to put on any considerabe ammount of muscle

your not gonna gain anything if your also aggressivly cutting so your gonna have to pick pretty much, if your a sedentary sloth you will probalby loose fat when you start working out.

i would just skip the apple

I js added the apple in there for some fibre so you dont shit bricks. But yeah you are right abt the additional meat

wont need the fiber especially if your not eating any carbs

You can't be big enough to properly fill out a t shirt ( if that's what you want) and very lean at the same time unless you're top 2% genetics or you roid. Simple
