How do i get less bloat?

i really want to have less buccal fat without doing the surgery (yet), and overall, less bloat. Can someone help me?
 
you can just look up on tiktok or google how to diet and meals you can eat to loose body fat?

theres a problem. I already have really low bf, but still. No hollow cheeks or lean face, or body.
Low bone mass, but eating bananas because they contain potassium and drinking more water to flush out the sodium in your body should help/

Do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning fasted, I would recommend the bike. I can see the bones on my face after I do i and the euphoria near the end is addicting. You need to burn at least 250 calories in this time.

i’m going to the gym at night because of school, im doing 30 - 40 minutes of cardio

but for more reasonable stuff if your young and cant get that is basically all the stuff you should already be doing:

Having a good diet
Working out
8+ hours of sleep
Decreasing your stress

im almost 18, ill try these next year. for now ill keep with the other tips

eat no sugar and lose bf
this doesnt have sugar and less carbs.
 
Additonally you wont eat much of this only like 5-10g
 
supplements: d3 + zink + calcium + k2 mk7
eat 1400-1500kcal daily
no dairy, no sugar, no BREAD & no chips n shit.
cardio 1h a day
drink 2l water
gua sha every day

u are debloated in 2 months, no other easy way.

also lipolab in cheeks
