how do I get lighter hair naturally

I'm looking at my pics when I was younger my hair was dark blonde, my hair is black or dark brown now. Is there a way to get it lighter naturally I don't want to bleach it and look like a fag. I just want it maybe light brown or something like that. Same with eyebrows.

this is normal, my hair was very light blonde (nearly white) when i was a kid, and now its a darker shade of blonde
