lowk the best way is to do an exercise that does many at the same time,
pull ups with hangs, and then forearm extensions meanwhile is mogger for forearms,
made my shit look like balloons,
then also curl machine but focus on forearms

also elite method to get abs too and nice pecs,
you get amazing calistenic strenght from pullups

sam sulek wrist curls and extensions are a blast via dumbells and also cablemachine with those grip shits

avid gymcel right here lolllll these people are retarded. hit biceps in the same day and include reverse barbell curls, hammer curls, and behind the back wrist curls (with barbell.) i use the small barbells in my commerical gym they arent actual ones, like the preloaded ones. this will ensure you hit every part of your forearm. farmer carries are cool too but thats just extra shi.

WOAHHHHHHHHHHHH no fucking way. its almost like thats how you properly train forearms. theres no secret method to blowing up your forearms, you do 3 variants to hit every part of the forearm and ur good. christ.
