Longer, no matter how. Fluffy, voluminous hair is law, especially with a fade. Since you have straight hair, you can only really shape it at a certain length anyways

you're definitely at least LMTN, prob MMTN. Nice Eye area, but you have a long face. In order to balance this, you want more width on your hair. Anything flowy with volume on the sides will do you nicely.
