I‘ve dyed my hair a bit too much in the past and it got really damaged. Before I had literally perfect healthy and thic hair so I decided to buzz it to get my old healthy hair back. I buzzed my hair in December and now its still really damaged although I got a better diet and fixed health Indicators. How can I get my hair thicker and healthier again as fast as possible?

Its not worse its better but still not as it used to be also I don’t have bald spots or a receding hairline my hair just got thinner. Ist thicker than before buzzing it but still too thin

So it grows back healthier what kind of question is that. How do you expect to save fully damaged hair without restarting🤦

If you want something natural I would say using raw coconut cream as shampoo or egg yolks. You can fix stuff like dandruff with coconut cream on the scalp too. Making sure you get proper sun exposure to the scalp for proper vitamin d is essential for hair growth as well. Unnatural stuff like minoxidil (oral/topical), dutasteride, and finasteride are also amazing for hair issues in general.
