How do I get more thicker and fuller hair?

My problem is that my hair is very thin and flat. When I put in my hair products my hair look aight but after some time it lays almost flat and kinda looks like a bowl cut. But looking back in generations my family had kinda thin hair too. So any tips?

buzz it and do not put products in it while growing it out. buy a shampoo with no fragrance and such, only use it once a week. don't use warm water on your hair.

Sea salt actually can be super bad for your hair, if you use it consistently it can cause rly bad frizz or damage your hair badly
