How do I get my derm to prescribe me isotretinoin forever (eu) ?

Im confident I can get a bitch derm to put me on isotretinoin but after the course ends my prescription will expire and pharmacies won't give it to me anymore since the prescription is non renewable as these retarded 1st world niggers believe isotretinoin is poison

But I plan on permablasting it so how do I convince my derm to prescribe me a low dose forever ?
