It's difficult but you do things little by little for example start trying quitting junk food for 30 days then try to quit your social media usage which little by little basicallyA lot of people need to hear this. Easier said than done I guess it just takes some maturity to realize.
Depends if you want long term or short term dopamine. Short term would be recreational drugs like cocaine or amphetamine. Bear in mind both are very dangerous. You should be looking for long term, personally I like modafinil and bupropion for dopamine. I think cabergoline might work too, along with many others. Do the other stuff first though, then try drugs.what type of drugs
