instincts vs logic

a huge part of my instincts were suppressed since childhood

as a child till about 12-13 years old, you are just living but you slowly start to develop some logic

this logic combined with the suppressed instincts lead to disastrous consequences

i had a terrible phase of depression from age 15-16.5 , feeling completely empty, helpless, just coping through bad habits, i didnt know what the fuck to do

i was always a huge fan of logic

so should i trust more of my instincts or logic... i dont fucking know and how much of what?
